VICARAGE HOLIDAY HOMES BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT.
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable when the booking is made. The balance is payable no later than 28 days before arrival at the property. For last minute breaks or late bookings the full amount will be required on arrival. All cheques should be made payable to D. L. JACKSON. Bank transfer details are available on request.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS.
If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full amount will be made.If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be made. No deposits will be transferable. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

3. CHANGE OF DATE.
We will consider a change to a booking after confirmation if:
The property is available and it is no later than 4 weeks before the commencement date.

4. VAT.
Vicarage Holiday Homes is not VAT registered.

5. PERIOD OF HIRE.
Rentals commence at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure. These times may be altered by prior agreement.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS USING THE PROPERTY.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number stipulated in the brochure. We withhold the right to refuse the whole party if this condition is not observed.

7. COMPLAINTS.
Should there be any cause for complaint during the occupation of the property, the owner must be notified promptly in order to rectify.

8. BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES.
The client is legally bound to reimburse Vicarage Holiday Homes for any replacement repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.

9. CARE OF THE PROPERTY.
The client shall take all reasonable care of the property and its furniture, fittings, utensils and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.

10. PETS.
Pets are welcome in Orchard House but must be under proper control at all times. No more than 2 dogs are allowed without prior arrangement. Pets must not be left unattended for any length of time and are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture, a baby gate is supplied to prevent this. The client shall provide for their pet with any bedding and food. The client shall be responsible for hygiene issues both inside and outside the property.

11. LIABILITY.
Vicarage Holiday Homes shall not be under any liability to the client or third parties for any loss or damage arising from breach of contract, negligence or otherwise. If the property becomes unusable for some reason prior to the date of occupation, then all monies shall be reimbursed in full.

12. FREE WI-FI.
Vicarage Holiday Homes ‘Acceptable Use Policy’ grants you access to their WiFi network providing you agree to abide by this policy which will be made available on your arrival.

13. RIGHT OF ENTRY.
We shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repair or maintenance.
